Medina Nursing Center's long term care services provide basic care with intensive medical attention. When you or your family can no longer care for your loved one at home Medina is here to assist you or your loved one with care tailored to you. Medina assists with Activities of Daily Living to help you feel your best. We assist with bathing, grooming, medications, therapy both skilled and restorative programming, dietary needs, and recreational preferences. Medina strives to provide compassionate, quality care to each of our patients.

Here at Medina we offer a Restorative Therapy Program that is tailored to individual's needs. Restorative Therapy is included in the price of being here at Medina. We offer therapy to patients from 2 days up to 6 days a week on the Restorative Program side. We are here to ensure you have the best quality of life and can be as independent as possible.

Medina offers private and semi-private rooms.  Private-pay, Medicaid, and Veteran's Administration contracts are accepted.
